I hit a pothole and it scraped the bottom of my front bumper not visable at all. However, I would like to get the scrape sanded (not sure of proper technique) and touched up with some paint. The scrape is about 4" long and is only visible from underneath. Any recommendation in the Northern VA, MD or DC area.

I am trying to keep costs down any assistance would be great.
