Now I understand why driving here sucks, That coupled with the traffic lights not being timed in over 10 years (a previous news article where the northwest scored the best and maryland one of the worst).

What a bullsh1t article. I just got done with a 13 month stint in Seattle, WA, and I can tell you first hand they are some of the worst f'in drivers anywhere. Just because you answer some stupid questionairre from your insurance company pretty well doesn't mean you can drive worth a f*ck!

So were all the participants GMAC customers? If so, it makes sense, as you would have to clueless to get them as your carrier... They actually quoted me $2500/6 months (clean record, 23 years old, new 6mt sedan)
