I was thinking of starting up a G35 Yahoo Group for the New Jersey (specifically north NJ) G35 owners.

We could post up info about each other, and it would be a good place to coordinate meetings and stuff. I find this 'Northeast' forum not very easy when it comes to finding people to meet up with - posts end up getting spread all over the place.

I dont think the Yahoo Group should be used for regular discussions/postings cause this website already does a superb job of that.

Any thoughts??

When I first hopped onto this board a few months ago people in the NJ area seemed like they were meeting at different places - now I dont see many posts about meetings and stuff.

Maybe cause it's the summertime and people are more busy?

 

If there is an organized NJ meet, it will be stickied at the top of this forum. There have only been two so far this year. But it shouldn't be that hard to get 15 or so G's together from Northern NJ for a simple local thing if you had something in mind.

 

I'd love to get together but really dont know what I have in mind. I was a member of the BMW Car Club and we had regular monthly meetings but they were kinda bogus, very structured and stuff. I'm thinking something more low key and spontaneous. Some place we could meet to chat and discuss our cars and mods - whatever.
