CB Coupe on 95S in DE
Saw a CB coupe on the way home from my eyebrow appt today while I was stuck in traffic on 95... around 3:00. Car was stock from what I could see, with Jersey tags... wifey was in the passenger seat... I waved, of course.... and then took off 
Was it anyone on here??
