I grew up in North Jersey would go to a place called the Hawk's Nest outside of Port Jervis, NY. My dad would take me up there in his Vette. It is probably about an hour from the Paramus area. There are great twisties that run up the mountain with the river on the other side. They have overlook spots where you can pull over, but I am not sure how many cars would fit. Should be able to get some nice photos especially in the fall. I attached a crappy photo I googled.
