Looks like we need someone to bring a 'real food item' I will bring the Hot Dogs if you can give me an exact head count. Is 3 dogs per head ok ?

I can't make the 16th. I am travelling for work that weekend. The 23rd would have worked better for me.

Oh well...I guess I will try and make the next one.

felixc...would it be possible to bring a box of Hamburgers? Someone from freshalloy is bringing the hot dogs already and the buns for them. Last year what we did for the burgers is went to Costco and bought a box of the frozen ones, then defrosted them the night before so that they were defrosted and easier to cook once we got there. Would that be ok for you?

Since CaribeCoupe is bringing the HB meat I will bring Macaroni Salad & Alluminum Foil instead. Still need an approx. head count

 

I think about 2-3 bags of ice should be good and 1 package of cheese I guess?

 

Caribe coupe is only bringing enough for 6 burgers. Can anyone else bring anymore burgers? We have teh aluminum foil. Someone from Fresh alloy said they will bring it. Here is the updated list below.


Also, the current head count is 14 coupes and 1 sedan, plus a couple FX's, and whoever each driver ends up bringing with them.
