might as well right? when else are you going to have those parts off for that long

i really want to do that to mine in the future... red dress-up bolt kit, red valve covers, polished engine/manifold/intake, stainless piping with red hardware + red coolant hoses............ compliment my BBK so well

that's what happens when you have the reversed lip instead of the step lip, no way to divert the water out so it just gets stuck in there making a mess.

just my .02 if i wanted to i would add rods to the shopping list, do a wire tuck and polish the timing cover and paint your valve covers while they are all off car..... would be super clean after
Intake, Upper and lower intake plenum, Intake collector, Fuel rail with injectors, Valve covers, fans, radiator, drive belts, crank pulley, lower oil pan, upper oil pan, front timing cover, timing chain, cam gears, water pump, rear timing cover, Cam oil controllers. Thats all the stuff I can think about of the top my head before I can get to the cams, valve springs and retainers.
