Any "legal" way I can have these tints? Note from an optometrist?

 

Well... no. even with out of state tags you can get pulled over on the highway...( trust me i know, i got 5% tint on my DD..yes yes a little dark) but they dont hassle you as much... thats all i got

ya.. so far ive got 9.... 3 here in VA.. I still wont take it off... at roughly 80-100 dollars a ticket...to much invested to take it off now, well i wouldnt call it a investment

 

I have yet to get pulled over for the tint on mine but its 30%. Idk cops dont seem to bother my car even though it is loud and sticks out. Guess thats a good thing.

 

A Norfolk cop just told me that it's a Beach cop thing. Nobody else cares about little stuff like that except them.

Its the blk rims. I just roll with my windows down all the time.

If you open your sunroof you could probably pass the test. Its hard for us since we have the all black interior it makes it seem darker.
