does anyone know where a good place to get a tune in va beach area is?

Closes place that can tune a g35/37 is in baltimore, atlanta, or in tenn...places around really dont know the motor

can anyone help me..when ever im shifting hard and i let go of the cluch and get back on the gas a little chirp/hiss sound comes from the engine. not sure if its the intake or not?? or maybe exhaust leak?
