a super secret squirrel club. You have to submit an application then they will randomly send out decoder rings... Once you decode the message, you will then be put through rigorous tests to prove worthy. Then when they find you worthy... the tell you they arent accepting new members

Also, for the plenum, shane and I did a brushed aluminum look on it and it looked pretty sick, so if someone wants one that ISNT fully polished, just a brushed aluminum look, let me know. I can do that to this one.

Wheels to Heal November, 19, 2011

Yo yo yo! Its that time again. Thanks to my friends at the Ohio Scion Club for this great idea that has taken off hear in DC. Basically we are collecting New in box Hot Wheels/Matchbox for the Childrens Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is simple, donate, CASH, CHECK, or HotWheels.

Last Year vs This Year
600 HotWheels 1,000 Hotwheels
366 Cash/Check 500 Cash/Check
XBox 360
20-30 Stuffed Animals

Lessons Learned:

1. All toys should be in individual packaging, so DO NOT buy the 2, 5, or 10 pack hothweels/matchbox please. They need to be new and in their individual packaging.

Please make sure you place Wheels to Heal in the notes so that we can track all donations to this effort! 2.

Checks need to be made payable to:

Children's Hospital Foundation
2924 Brook Road
Richmond, VA 23220

3. Donate by phone: 804-228-5814

4. Donate by email:devweb@chva.org

5. Secure Online Donation LinkCLICK ME!

Capital or Special Project Gifts
Capital gifts go to fulfill the multitude of equipment needs of our facility, and special project gifts fund new construction, renovations, and program enhancement.

Is Your Donation Tax Deductible?

Children's Hospital Foundation is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, therefore your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law. Our federal tax identification number is 51-0220692. You should consult your financial planner or tax adviser to determine the exact tax advantages of any gift you are considering.

We provide a receipt for all online gifts that can be used to claim a tax deduction. If you need a copy of the receipt or need a receipt for your annual giving please call 804.228.5814.

This is what we did last year, will be doing something similar this year as far as logistics, pics, and food!

I hope we all put a great foot fwd in this, its worth taking a day off work to bond and give back to the kids that are less fortunate.
