Sup, I am an automotive painter and i often paint Infinitis.. If you're interested in getting it fixed i can do it for you. You won't need a new bumper.. ill be able to fix the crack and paint damage on it. Yes a lip would cover it but the paint is damaged pretty bad, so it would have to be painted even if he just wanted to cover it up..
