No meet is that important to jeopardize the safety of others when comes to inclement weather. I guess i will go ahead and make the call to cancel. We can reschedule at a later date even though i was looking forward to meeting up with the new guys in your area and the existing NGC members there already. I usually have the weekends off so this shouldn't be a problem on doing this another weekend with better weather.

plan this two weeks in advance....i make the dept schedule but in have to put it in two weeks ahead of time...my days off are tues and thurs because of school, ill be using a personal day or vacation day for the meet
