now after market, its like your powersteering cooler, if you look behind your bumper you will see a small radiator-like piece, with hard lines on it, thats how your aftermarket cooler would look like...
performance wise...your oil would be cooler,


the one circled red, is your aftermarket oil cooler, the one thats blue is your after market powersteering cooler, and i do believe you would probably need more oil, since it has a longer travel passage...
you have a factory oil cooler, thats where your oil filter screws on to, its sandwhiched between your oil filter and block, and coolant hoses passes through it.

.. does a new radiator help as well? thinking about thant too to have a cleaner look..
If I were you, I'll leave it alone. If its not broken, don't touch it. Specially with our cars. Real finicky
