2006 long island new york problems already
you know what iti s, the navigation is automated, rises up and down on motor, they apparently pull the fuse for that and then when its shipped they put it back in at dealer, they forgot to put the fuse in, my blinkers clock nav all on same fuse, they fixed it and its all good now,,,,, the 06 was defintly worth the wait, still breakin it in so dont really know what kinda power it has, havent shifted higher then 3500 rpms ever, cant wait to open her up a lil

I also had the same clutch burning smell when I drove my car back from Competition Infiniti to Great Neck.. I was a newbie at stick however so it may have been my clutching and shifting, but the smell does go away after a while. My car still has those annoying sunroof rattling noises which hopefully will be fixed soon b/c I'm going to Millennium today to get the sunroof replaced. Which sales person did you deal with at Competition?
The burning smell is not the clutch, it's the anti-corrosion coat the spray on the undercarriage. The heat burns the freshly sprayed coat.
Either way, don't sweat it - perfectly normal and will go away pretty soon.

06 g35x navi, from kings infiniti.
I only notice the burning smell when i have climate on, with no ac. With ac no smell.
Its also only noticeable in traffic or idle, not while in motion.
So far im loving my 06, theres lots of improvements in the car no one mentioned.
