Hey mousen, I don't about in the philly area, but if you are willing to make the trek to long island, Detailing Dynamics is the best clear film installer around. No kits . . . custom one piece on the bumper and they'll cover whatever else you want.

For pricing, give them a ring, as it will depend on how much coverage you want. They use 3M film.
