Boston Area - Rear Ended in Newton :(

Not too happy about this one!

New Years Eve day, just doing some errands with the wife. Pulled up to the intersection of Washington St and Centre Street in Newton, heading eastbound (parallel to the Pike). I look up in the rear-view and see someone looking down at the steering wheel ... moving forward. Problem was, I wasn't! Bam! Not huge damage, but enough to push in the entire corner of the bumper, crack it length and height wise. Grrrr! Just what I need - and I was just getting happy with the state of my squeeks and rattles. Now, I'm gonna find some new ones!

Pictures will be posted later today ... just had to vent for a bit.

That sucks man...sorry to hear that. At least you're not @ fault, you & your wife are OK (assuming, since you didn't mention otherwise) & insurance will cover repairs. I know though...in the end, that still SUCKS!

Luongdmd -- It is my beater!

JK - it's my everyday car. g35x ... got it used so I wouldn't give myself a heartattack is something like this happened. Had this been the M35x I wanted to get I would be WAY more pissed!

You guys have any idea how much this is gonna run? Want to see if my appraisal was decent.

Cheers -
Jerome
