engine cover

I am considering in painting my engine cover and I was just wondering, if anyone else did this, how to go about doing it since it is plastic? suggestions and comments please... =)

i'm doing mine tomorrow. when i'm done i'll post pictures .... its not hard at all.

All you have to remember is to cover all the parts you dont want to be painted. then sand the plastic a bit to give it a rough texture so the paint can grip to it and after painting it, clear coat the sucka.

Go to the tech and mod forum and do a search (Engine Cover). There was a post from CA_Kid and it was very good.
