Well.....
The Vortech was louder than anticipated but I've grown to get used to it.
I've raced E46 M3 on the highway and raped him.
I raced an NSX on local roads and raped him.
I raced an older Porsche 964 or 944 on the highway and that was a waste of gas.
I have yet to race another coupe to really see how much faster the car really is.
The power is very linear and no real lag in the power...you can feel it throughout the powerband.
No problems thus far *knock on wood*
I'm loving it. The power is addictive. I just got an SC430 with the 300hp V8 and that car feels soooooooo slow compared to my coupe.
I'll say that the kit was worth every single penny.
On another note: the 350Z Tein H Techs I got for my car are outstanding and feel better than stock with a modest drop.
I'm looking for an exhaust system now...something with a little deeper growl but not making the coupe sound too much louder.
I was thinking of getting the Apexi World Sport exhaust...my first choice is the HKS but I don't really want to pay that much for an exhaust.
Anyone got anything good that is slightly used??? hehehehe
I want an exhaust that fits without doing anything else...tips that don't stick out farther than stock...and a sound that's like stock but silghtly louder.
DON'T FORGET MAY 7TH FOR THE G35 MEET AT KELLY INFINITI.
I've met a customer that is not on the forums because he does not use the internet but he's getting the Turbonetics kit put in right before the meet...lowered...wheels...ING spoiler, taillight lids, 06 headlights with the insides painted black, 06 bumper, lowered with the full TEIN coilover set.
There will be some insane cars.
Overall, very very very pleased with the car. Loving the subtle look.
