I think the sales person always say that so you buy the car from them, at least that is what my dealer said when i bought my car in Connecticut. Try scheduling for a check up and ask for a loaner, they never ask if you bought it from them Kings Infiniti does give a loaner...

 

It's part of the Infiniti Owner experiance or something. Every dealer must give you loaner, and every loaner must be an infiniti (no Avis or Enterprise bs...even a BMW dealer might give you a Ford Taurus as a loaner)

 

you have to be at least 21 years of age.

you can get a loaner vehicle for any work over 1 1/2 hours.

we have a lot of customers that service here now because other dealerships in the area have treated them poorly or were unhappy.

yes you can service at any infiniti dealer you choose too.
