TwilightX, home ownership seems like it will be great - but its a bit nerve-racking for someone my age to think about ALL the money im "on the hook" for each month for a loooong time. But im pumped, and hopefully the Sadsburyville are will continue to grow like it has been over the past 3-5 years, and along with the 10 & 30 growth, make my place gain value.
Ill let you know when i have a "G-Open-house" this summer
Well, I'm not that much older than you (26 amost 27) and I know all about being "on the hook" each month. Luckily, I have a wife and the dual income is a BIG help. We live in Exton and the home values are astronimical, but considering the boom may be over, we hope to make out with enought to down on our next home. We would love to move to the Uwchlan Hills, Dowlin Forge, Eagleview areas along the creek where the trail runs.

Ahhh, those are all nice neighborhoods indeed.
My ex GF lived in Uwchlan Hills and i have lotsa friends and family in the Eagleview complex. Sick area's for sure - but like you said - the home prices are kinda wild these days.
For the square footage i got, features, and age (about 2 yrs old) i would have paid almost DOUBLE in the Exton, West Chester, Malvern area.....but hopefully it will enable me to make a "power move" in the next few years into something a bit more in the action.

I did no studying at all other than attending that course and passed the exam on the first try. Trick is, is to schedule the exam on the Monday following the course so that all is still fresh in your memory....
if that's not the exam you're taking....then oh well.....Congrats on your new bachelor pad....

How's the house dealy going? You closed it yet? When are you moving in? Need any help? So, you gonna sell me life insurance after you pass your exam?
Haven't seen you at the Y.... slacking off already?????

Why would we buy the mag. not knowing for sure if you're in it. If you would post up the article/pic then I would def. go out and buy it to support a fellow G member. Just a thought...

Roy - the house is 2200 sq feet - and its a townhouse, so its not a "lot" - but it is an end unit and (in my opinion) it is really sweet.
Pics of the mag tonight - pics of the house first few weeks of July (settle late June)
PS: Lynn, i run to the Y almost every day around 7:30pm...then workout...then run home
