Don't know if it's true, or still in effect, but fwiw, here is a post I found on the OT forum:

We should be careful on the way down there.

That's interesting Speed, good find .They had a blitz like that last year and probably will have the same again this year. As for the fines that could be checked out probably on the states website. The bs and the increase in the fines wouldn't suprise me as new jersey is low on funds and needs the cash.

Way to go Joisey .....

Exclamation jersey here

whats up guys. I'd def say keep your eyes open and feet light. I just came back up to college for the summer to intern and I take 78 to get here.... i can basically do this drive with my eyes shut and gar. where the cops will be hiding... I drove up maybe a week and a half ago...damn. In two locations, there were two cops, side by side one facing east and one facing west...also some singles here and there..i couldn't believe how many were out.. so after reading that, I'd def say take it into consideration. It may just be true!
until later.. look for the brake lights ahead and watch for those "no U turn signs" fellas.. peace

I've got 285's on the rears...
But while the 19" are close to the same weight as stock, it's further out from the center as Drew mentioned... So I'm guessing that'll add 0.5sec or so.

Bebe: "Heyy count me in... Spectator, possibly show!"
--> WOW... where have you been?!?!!

You should race...!! Just imagine the bragging rights if/when you win!! There's nothing like us clowns saying, "You got beat by a girl!!" lol

That's PRICELESS...

With that said, I won't race you in the grudge match for fear of losing to a girl...

Looks to be a fun weekend!

.5 sec???? No way mang! I wish! If that were the case I would throw the stocks on for the day! It takes alot to move 1/4 mile times .5 sec. It's all good

I still don't understand what does the distance from the center have anything to do with a straight out run?

I don't think Drew knows either. He was probably drooling over one of those civic sites, and some 12 year old kid probably posted that. Drew said to himself, that is pretty cool, I have no idea what it means but I am posting it on driver to make people believe I know what the hell I am talking about.

It's a known condition. In the medical literature it's called Frontier-Syndrome...
