black out headlights

does anyone know who does this down here and wats the cost?

how about just getting the overlays? a tint shop can install them for cheap

I had my local tint shop do it and they charged only 40 for the back, I did the fronts myself.

the overlays work if the lights are against the glass like the coupes..but a sedan..its alot harder..

and i'm looking for wa caskyline is goin for...SunDevilJay is all the way up in so cal..so there is a 5 day..roughly to get the lights to anf from..
