So I went for a drive on Page Mill Rd yesterday and I must say that's a fun, yet challenging drive. Lots of quick turns, watch out for understeer.
It was pretty empty when I went out, and I only understeered into one turn (couldn't help it), the rest I had to power slide out of.
Then I continued down skyline to the 9, to the 85.
Page Mill is good but you might want to keep it slow the first time. Also on the 9 there is one part that goes over a bridge where I almost caught some air in the back driver side tire. The spring got fully unloaded.
What other roads do you guys like to drive. Give difficulty on a scale from 1-10, 1 being freeway driving and 10 being Laguna Seca turn 8.
Page Mill RD...6 or a 7. Some work involved and you gotta keep your sense alert...but worth it if you don't crash.

haha yeah page mill can be tough... try it when it's getting dark!
go try calaveras... take 237, exit calaveras blvd and just take it straight into the hills. that's REALLY challenging... pretty dangerous too.

Any of the roads around La Honda are great. I used to ride my bike there religously. Check out this link for more roads and reveiws.

Redwood Road in Castro Valley was one of my favorite roads on bike. The road down to Stinson Beach is awesome too. There are some nice twisties all over the Bay but you have to get out there early morning to avoid the minivans and SUVs.

I prefer the 9 and Skyline since I'm only a few minutes away. And there's the fact that since there are alot of bikers up there, you know when you need to slow down if you know the signals they use. But Calavaras is fun too... I had a bit too much fun on it last year...
Hwy 1 is always a nice cruise...
