AutoRnD is awesome
just had my 06 z suspension installed by josh and dana from autornd. they definitely know what they're doing and work fast. started at 7am and finished at 730am. fast, efficient, and the price was unbeatable. for quick and dependable installs, contact josh (anotheraznguy). i'll be returning to them to have more work done in the near future.

2 people in 30 minutes is pretty much on par with one person doing it in an hour and a half. Especially if you have the right tools.

yeah they did springs+sways for me in ~45 mins and they said that was slow for them!
