Quality service consultants at Frontier?

I'm done with bad attitude and no return calls from my current service consultant at Frontier Infiniti on Stevens Creek.

Recommendations for consultants who are actually good would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance - w

Before I traded the coupe in, I had Albert R. Real car guy who was pretty cool. Never gave me any problems with warranty work, even with my mods. Before that, I had Steve, who I consider one of the best service advisor I've ever had.

I know I've read about lots of problems with Frontier. Guess I just never had to face them. I never hid any of my mods and they followed ever request I ever had.

I dealt with Albert Rios at Frontier. All I can say is bad/condescending attitude and very poor communication. If I get him one more time, i'm just going to ask to see another advisor or reschedule.

I always seem to get him even though I get a confirmed appointment with Brad or William. They seem to be better advisors.

My overall experience with Frontier has been getting worse. Maybe next time i'll drive to Oakland or Serramonte.

That's strange, Albert was really cool with me and I never got the feelings you listed from him.

I don't know. Do you come off as a car guy? That's what I did and we hit it off right from the start. The first time I had him as an advisor, after Steve retired, I talked to him for 15 min about the car and another 30 about random car stuff. Albert has built a few race cars in his time.

Either way, I'm kinda surprised, but maybe he doesn't treat all the same, which isn't right.

Thanks for the advice, guys!

I called and made an appointment with Brad, then was placed with Albert when I got there. Didn't want to color the advice here, but Albert was the reason I posted in the first place. He's never once returned a phone message, he misses details, and I feel like I have to fight with him to get proper service or a loaner.

I agree that Albert is car guy, but he seems more interested in talking about his Subaru mod projects than in properly servicing Infinitis.

Next time, I'm going to Peninsula and will try to hook up with Brian.

Thanks again.
