window tint
Omega Tintwerks in Pleasanton, he's perfected a process for the dot matrix. If you mention that you are on this forum he will give you a discount. My friend paid $200 for his coupe and did an excellent job. I had mine done in San Jose but if I had known about Tintwerks, I would have had my windows done there.
+1 for Vince

I had a really good experience having my formulaone ceramic tint installed at Rocky Mountain Window Tint over in livermore. Did a very good job with the dot matrix and brought the tint right to the edges of the glass.
vince at omega did my clearbra and rear overlays. he's awesome. however, sidney lee at www.automalltintspecialist.com did my huper optik tint. if money is no object, i'd look into getting hupers. vince does not carry them.

I just used this thread to ask for tint shops for my own car, and for me money IS an object (though not the overriding factor by any means), and both vince and sid are too far (I dont feel like driving from Palo Alto to Fremont or Pleasanton and back twice in day..)
So I was asking about tint shops closer to Palo Alto/Redwood City/Mountain View.. I'd appreciate any suggestions, if not I'm calling Preferred Image tomorrow.
