G35 Coupe in Santa Cruz

Was driving on Ocean Ave Wednesday night, and saw a white g35 coupe being put on top of a tow truck, along with a CHP behind it. Couldn't see where the driver was, but I doubt it was an accident.... Hopefully not an impounded G !!!
