Yes, there was TSB for replacement of compression rod on the 03 coupes, it makes car pull to one side, but it didnt make any noise, there was an TSB for rear axle making that metallic click noise when you go over the bump.

Giri, How sure are you its the compression rod making those noise and not the spring or even the sway bar? unless you are certain about it and able to point it out while it happens, or have third party's opinion in writing then it will be an uphill battle, my guess would be no matter which dealership you take it to? they all going point to the aftermarket mods.

While Oakland Infiniti was able to take care the problem Vihn had, but it was about year and half ago, things could change since, but nervertheless, good luck with it.
