I have lived in Fremont all my life, and lately I have noticed increased traffic violation enforcement, It may be a way the City is trying to increase their revenue, but regardless of the reason , BE CAREFULL!!!! Fremont police are well known not to take any B. lol man o man where have you been? Freakmont is known for the infamous Officer Rosedi and his hench men. I think I might of chopped up his name, but that's the guy that tried to kill out the import scene. He actually did a pretty good job of if, because everyone I know with a loud exhaust and lowered is afraid to drive through freakmont. He passed out propaganda and got neighboring city's involved. He even does db testing on exhaust. This goes way back to the early 90's.

Another bad place to go is Santa Clara. Especially Great America Pkwy. On a nice sunny day you can be driving at the speed limit peacefully down GA pkwy. Out of a bush will come an officer on a harley to pull you over and search your hood.

Did you Know that there is an inside joke that officer Rosedi actually stopped himself and wrote out a ticket because he was speeding on his way to a family emergency???? LOL
I know that they have always been togh, but in the past two or three weeks they are really being picky, take the motorcycle officer at Fremont blvd and Mowry writing out tickets for cars not waiting for pedestrians to fully clear before they proceed, and he is there most of the day!! to me that is good because I always respect traffic laws,But I feel for the new wave of inmortal, invincible new drivers out there, they are in for a big surprise.

 

another bad place is Milpenis. Their cops will pull you over for the slightest things. All an all I think San Jose Cops are pretty leinent

LOL man i was really lmao about that joke. I don't know if it's funny cause I can see it happening or just cause I've seen him at work in person. He busted a u turn just to come back a mile to pull my friend over in his s2000. Just because he saw a blue reflection in the head light housing.

This was right infront of everyone at a Z dyno party. He started getting him for tint and made him pop the hood. The s2000 was completely stock. He was actually nice enough to let my friend pull the tint off the side windows and not write him up. still got him with an undismissable fix it on head lights.



Shodog, yup milipitas boys are getting strict too. they pulled over a bunch of us on our bikes around the Great mall. We weren't even speeding. They started getting us for blinker and license plates. Little pitty stuff like that. I know we need plates on bikes and blinkers, but that's not even why they pulled us over in the first place.

Speaking of Fremont (I live there too) I saw a motorcycle cop sitting in the complete dark on eastbound Mowry Ave. right next to the fire station over by the Hub. I barely saw his silhouette and it was too late, luckily I wasn't speeding. It was about 11:30 PM too. Sneaky bastard!!!

ok...this is not new but i almost forgot about them...I saw a motorcycle cop park at a side street between egger and central on fremont blvd, i think its on norris, anyway, i have seen them there few times, but its usually is around when school getting out...i just past by there today, thinking that school is out for the summer, so there should not be cops around....wrong! there he is sitting on his bike one hand holding the radar gun, another holding an krispy kream[img]/w3timages/icons/laugh.gif[/img]...when i saw him, it was too late[img]/w3timages/icons/shocked.gif[/img], with sun and shade, could not see him till i was maybe thirty yards away, with him pointing that radar gun at ME....good thing i was going 40 in 35, shooot...i might just waste an perfectly good pair of tighty whity....[img]/w3timages/icons/laugh.gif[/img]......ssssslllllloooooowwwww down ppl

i know someone who recently got pulled over for tinted windows in fremont. the fremont cop actually started cursing at her and made her peel the tint off her windows in front of him. he said that the ticket wouldn't be a fix-it ticket and she would have to pay a really high fine if she didn't peel if off at that moment. being so scared, she peeled it off. apparently the whole time, he was being a jerk and cursing at her. afterwards, she called the police station to complaint and the precinct talked her out of filing a complaint against the officer. i hope she went back to file it though.

i don't want to play the race card but i think it was racially motivated. he was a white officer with a southern accent. she was a young, pretty asian girl driving a bmw.

 

man....i hate cops...
