I wonder if Oakland even knows how much we prefer to give them our business as supposed to others in the area?

have to say...theyre going out of there way to get business. jesse and the mechanics i met were big fans of mods and the guys are aware of the forums. gonna give jesse a ride after the car is all done

this'll be the place i take my car for maintenance!!
glad to hear it went well... i'm really happy they're doing a great job service wise. i'll be glad to head over there for my 15k service

I had both my 15k and 30k done there, no complaints at all.

got great service from infiniti of oakland. Jesse was helpful although I had lots of aftermarket stuff on my car. Although they put swirlmarks on my car but it was my fault for forgetting to tell them not to wash the car

I am reviving this thread only because I'm curious to know if anyone has had anything to say about Oakland now that they're Luxury Motors and no longer Hendricks. I was a relatively satisfied customer at Serramonte. Now that they're gone, I'm reluctant to go to Peninsula (closest to me in San Mateo). I loved Oakland's sales dept when Pam was there under Hendricks.

If you've released experienced the new Oakland service dept, share your thoughts. I'm not sure if the service people are still the same people from before the dealership change.

The service manager, both service advisors, parts manager and a few techs are still the same. They have added a few new techs and a new general manager. I hear they are really good at selling cars but not sure if that transfers over to taking care of their owners. Their main goal is to sell used cars not INFINITIS so their techs arent all infiniti certified. The have a broad spectrum of techs to service all their used cars.

jesse is a cool guy.. but if its true that not all the techs are infiniti certified, then i might have to think twice about having service done there.

Took my car there for an oil change and everything seems on the up and up. I met with the new owners son before buying my G and he seems pretty cool about establishing and maintaining a strong consumer base. Since they have a wide variety of cars there from Infiniti's to Bentleys I think there techs should be ok with working on our cars. I know Jesse still works there and worst case you could always ask for only an infiniti cert. tech to work on your car. Just my .02

I heard the new owner of infiniti of oakland is a B***H. My brother used to work there and the owner was F**K up. He threw the pen down and tell him to pick it up, so he picked it up and the owner threw the pen down again and said "pick it uP". Most of the workers there dont like the new ownership. I guess the service tech are still good, but new owner is just bla bla.

What your brothers name? I used to work there maybe i know him...Actually you probably got the info from your brother that everyone hates the new owners cuz i still talk to most everyone over there from the parts manager, service manager to the techs to the front end employees and everyone I talk to says that the new owners are alot better than Hendrick Auto. I would suggest if you have been a customer of them in the past give the new owners a chance cuz other than pushing cars out like crazy they seem to be more than willing to take care of us owners. Plus everyone in the service dept is the same except for some additions.
