I disagree about the 100% finance ESPECIALLY here in the Bay Area where real estate is pretty much guaranteed to increase depending on WHEN you buy the property.

But yes, this is the right time to buy a place because you can get the seller to kick back some money or lower the price a tad or cover closing costs... etc. It is a buyer's market.

I'm actually a commercial/residential loan agent... For Residential Loans, we do 100% Financing all day for Owner Occupied homes.

Chris . . . It would be great if you could make it out for the run/meet. Haven't seen you in awhile. I hope everything is going well for you. Yes, let's talk.

LMAO . . . Yeah, I blame all of my modding miseries on Vodka.

Congrats on selling it...finally. I remember when you first posted it for sale and you were de-modding it! Took awhile, but glad to hear you finally sold it. Especially since you'll be fixing up an M3 now

BTW - if anyone needs a real estate broker...my wife is one She can help you find your first house. (She's also a mortgage consultant...so she can help there too...but Chris has that side covered.)

Thanks. Yeah it took a WHILE. I was actually sort of sad to see it go. It was like a daughter getting married to some dood and I would never see her again or something... lol.

Yes, we have openings. I'm actually going to be putting together a team of about 5 agents soon so give me a call if you are serious and motivated... I guarantee you'll make A LOT more than you will at Wells Fargo. I used to work for Wells for almost 3 years. At our company we treat our clients and our employees like family... you won't have to deal with corporate politics of such a MASSIVE impersonal corporation that doesn't really care about it's clients or employees.

Teaser pics...

Here are a few teaser pics... sorry about the bad quality of the photos. It's raining here so I didn't want to pull her out. I will do a full on photoshoot when I get some more initial mods on the car. Also included a pic of what my G used to look like... in remembrance.

So far I've only done minor things:
Ultimate Pedals - Drilled/Anti-Slip/Shiny
Prolumen 3000K Yellow HID Foglight conversion
Philips Ultinon 6000K Headlights
Hoen Endurance Yellow - "Flash to pass" lights
V1 Hardwired - Custom concealed display in asthray under construction
Driver's side door handle keyhole delete
Solaris Invisibulbs (Chrome Amber) in Corner lights and Sidemarkers

Sitting and waiting to be installed when I have time:
AC Schnitzer Carbon Fiber Front Lip w/ struts (No flippers) - going to have it molded and have my bumper reflectors shaved off
Cross-NA (JIC) Competition Coilovers
Umnitza Predator Chromium DDE's 6000K
AVIC-D2 w/ Double Din Bezel Conversion

On order:
Milltek Catback Exhaust - Should arrive shortly

Planned Mods:
CONFIDENTIAL...
