I should be able to lend you a hand or two with getting things ready.

Put me down for at least another cooler.

I will let you know closer to the event if I can make it in early and help set up.

That weekend is touch and go for me. I can't pin down my sweetheart on a date for a business event.
All I know is it's on the same weekend. grrrrrrrrrrrr....

If I can, I'll be there early for setup.
I don't want to have someone counting on me and have to back out.

Kris, I can bring a cooler with water/soda, I have lighter fuild, two packs of cocktail napkins (50 per), rolls of paper towl, waterless hand sanitizer handy, I also have opened bag of charcoal (7~ish lbs). I much rather "pay" than bring "food"...I dont think I can get there early that day so I wont be much of help for setting up.

Just word of advice? when you set up this type of polls? might want to make it a "public" poll so we can see who actually voted, some people on this forum have nothing better to do than vote for something dont pertaining to them, like ppl from SoCal or other States voting here...26 votes, 14 signed up?
