Date for Monterey drive of 2007

Please pick an date for upcoming Monterey drive, some of details as follows…

Starting point will be same as our last S/C drive in April, we will meet up at 9 AM and leaving at 10 AM, the drive route will have no twisties, just some of beautiful ocean view along the way and will have relaxed pace (will see about that ) so it will be good outing for your whole family. We will also stop at Capitola for short break and possibly waiting for late arrivals from south bay’ers.

I am trying to work out a deal with ppl at Sticks for group lunch, it is one of the restaurant in Pebble beach, the famous 17 mile drive, its over looking 1st tee on Spanish bay golf course, but due to the busy summer tourist season, I cant promise tho. If it didn’t work out? We will be ending our drive in old fish man’s wharf in Monterey, then, we wont have lunch as whole group, at least not at same table, because the restaurant we went to last time? They only offers set menu of three with high price of $30 per person for large groups like us, so rather than making reservation for whole group? We just need to get our tables separately when we get there, I don’t think we had to wait more than 15 mins for our tables last time tho.

Voted for 23rd but 30th should work as well. Will probably make a trip of this and stay the night.

Put me down as a secondary group leader Shane, incase you are short of volunteers.

+1, but I would much rather have it the 23rd because it's the end of my vacation.

PS - I'll volunteer for group leader as well.

Wow! I expected this to be in July or Aug. I can probably help out as a group lead depending on the date. If I am able to make it down, I will of course lead the Sac caravan again. I will wait until there is a firm date to confirm anything though. The dry run days are tough for me, but might be able to make the 9th. I'll wait for the updates.
