Today just after 4:30pm, 1st gen IP Sedan in downtown Sacramento. Tinted, lowered, couldn't tell on the wheels. Was driving down W, got on the freeway and went 5 South. You on here?

That might have been me since I was in the vicinity at that time but was westbound on P street to pick my wife up at 15th and N. However I did use W to get to 5 south afterwards too...

Definitely could have been. I saw you going down 15th, then get on W to take the 5 south.

Your car looked clean. I was trying to catch up to check out the side view, but traffic didn't let me until you got off.
