Saw a black sedan with black rims and chrome lip in Livermore at the Vasco Rd. and Las Positas intersection about 30 mins ago. Then an older man with long hair in a CB or AB Coupe at the 7-11 on that intersection...

I've seen a DG, IP and BS sedan last week.
DG had tinted windows and rims....slightly lowered
IP had tinted windows, OEM rear spoiler, OEM chromed rims (i think) and what sounded like Stillen Gen 1 exhaust.
BS had rims and tint
All around Brentwood and Antioch area. Anyone?
Also saw a DG, debadged, tinted coupe getting onto Hwy 4 bypass today around 7:30pm. You were running the spare tire on the rear drivers side...I was the IP sedan.
