spotted Chad on 85 south...i was in my DD..Impala...flashed three times but i am sure you wouldnt know it was me

Spotted a white G coupe: tinted rear windows, BBS style rims w/ flat face raw aluminum look and a good sized dent on left rear quarter panel by the tail light. End of the Marshall's parking lot off Howe/Hurley in Arden area Sacramento.
