Looking for another set of new rims

OK. since i was the laughing stock of the forum for a good few days because of my bad offset purchase a few months back, i've decided to ASK before buy this time =P

im looking to get some 20" rims and possibly lower my sedan on s-techs or h-techs depending on rubbing. What would be the proper offsets and what type of springs would be good?

looking at the sevas s-stars in 20x8.5 and 20x10 and wanna know fitment before buying.

Your going to need to roll your rear fenders with the 20" sevas. The rears are usually 20x10 +40, so they stick out too unless your lowered with some negative camber. The s-stars also only come in 19". They come in 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +40, which is pretty good fitment, but the rears might still rub.

this place offers 20x8.5 and 20x10

i've rode on 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 no problem. with plenty of room. maybe its because my tires were REALLY low profile. almost looked like rubberbands =P

use the miata tire size calculator to make sure you're new setup isn't too far off from oem specs.

Remember your works? Without the right offsets your going to have that happen agian...It's not really a matter of wheel diameter, but width and offset.

+1
20x8.5 +35 front
20x9.5 +48 rear

No rubbing, no fender rolling

run 245/35 front and 275/30 rear

automotivemods just hit me up on aim and convinced me to buy the sevas s-55''s 20x8.5 and 20x10. ahahh. show'ed me gdup's setup and i nutted in my pants. looks like im getting 20's =)
but from his wheel thread, he said he rolled his fenders with a -1.3 camber on the rear. not exactly sure what my camber is, but if a fender roll is what it takes to make it work, then im getting a fender roll also =)

try this site...it's even better since it takes into consideration wheel width and offsets.

^ This is a good find.

E90post.com has an integrated tire size calculator in their wheels/tires section- perhaps the admins of g35driver can do the same thing for us.
