I just PM'd a few of you to get an idea if you are still interested in coming down for this meet. I'm getting a little worried since the caterer requires 60 people for the bbq. and my list consist of 18 of us. I sent the SoCal guys messages also. We will still have a meet, just go to a restaurant or something if not enough people get back to me. I think the caterer is the way to go but I don't want to get stuck with a 600.00 bill for not having enough people. I am going to talk to the caterer and see if we can get the 60 changed to 40. That seems more reasonable. The park is paid for and non-refundable so we will still meet there. Please let me know if you plan on attending. Thank you all.

Sorry, Lisa, you have put quite a bit of work into this. Unfortunately, it looks like you may/will fall short of the required number of people, which the caterer requires.

I thought this whole event was a wonderful idea. It promises to be a better event than what I had experienced at last year's Socal/Norcal get together. However, we have a camping trip planned that week.

Perhaps, you will pick up people from the My350Z Norcal boards. They were very well attended, last year. We only have some 3 to 4 Norcal G35 members attend, last year.

In any event, I wish you a successful outing . . . And I applaud your efforts for the community.
