Hi Chris,
I believe that the .thm file is just a JPG thumbnail, you'll find the movie as a file with the same name but with the extension .AVI ie the thumbnail will be called something like IMG_XXXX.THM and the Movie will be called IMG_XXXX.AVI
Make sure the avi file is no bigger than 100MB (that's the max size of video in Photobucket)
If you have a large file, then I would suggest convert it to wmv file with a program called Total Video Converter. PM me and you need the pgm.
