As for Milpitas, there was a couple of girls sitting on the hood of an Si, one of which whom apparently forgot she was wearing a dress when repositioning herself on the hood (multiple times!). And things had just started to pick up when a Milpitas police officer dropped by send us all home. At least he didn't hassle anyone.
