Don't believe there's one yet, but it usually takes place somewhere in San Jose. About an hour away... 45 min depending on traffic.

 

yeah kevin what happens is this thread will die in due time, as soon as the hype from the last meet dies basically... and it will fall back probably to the second page in the norcal section... then good weather or rob or troy will give it a little mouth to mouth... and resuscitate it back to health and then set up a date to be determined!!

 

^ Well that's certainly a weird method of holding meets.

 

Right now with the weather the way it is, it's hard to hold the meets on a regular basis. However, once the weather improves, the meets will be held every other week or so. And to answer your first question, the meets are usually in the San Jose area. Although, I do have a nice little drive/meet planned for us once we get some warmer weather.

 

what about parking lot garages rob?

 

It doesn't matter, bro. If the weather is $hitty, people won't come out. Well, let me rephrase that: The likelihood of a good turnout is low. It's usually cold, no one wants to check out (and photograph) a dirty car, and not a lot are willing to drive their garage queens out in bad weather (myself included ). We'll get a break here & there with the weather, and when we get a dry weekend (with enough advanced notice), I will plan another meet. In the meantime, you can look forward to the spring/summertime when meets happen on a much more regular basis.

Next meet might not be til end of Feb pending a clear weekend.

 

Hard to say when the next meet is gonna be, Farsey. In the meantime, you can check out the Feb 8th show in SF to get your car "fill" until the next meet.
