From what I have been noticing, on these so called "south bay" mini meets, a lot of them are not in the south bay area?!?! From the last few threads I've read they are way up north by Berkeley or way east between Fremont and Stockton. Is there a "TRUE" south bay meet like San Jose, Cupertino, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and the sort?

 

Maybe be cause they are called "S/F mini meet", "Oakland mini meet" and "Sac mini meet" for a reason...

Isnt Blossom Hill in "South bay"?

 

I dunno what he's talking about. The Blossom Hill area (Oakridge Mall/Almaden Lake/Golfland/Costco/ToysRUs/that one store that sells that one thing...) is so south bay. Any more south and you'd be in Morgan Hill.

How old are you guys anyway? I forgot my wife has volleyball tonight so I'll be hanging out with my son tonight. I'm not sure if it'd be appropriate to take him along with me or not. I might just wait until the next week to go.

 

Just bring him Bret039.. you can get him some dinner, and hang out..... I don't mind ifhe is there and I am sure that every one else does not have a problem with kids bein there.

 

Yeah, bring your son. There was a few that brought their sons to the last cruise and that was cool. It's just gonna be burgers & fries and talk about what great plans we have in store for our cars! No booze or strippers .... that I know of.

Likewise, Mike, it was great getting a chance to meet you (and Alex). Your G is very clean. We'll have to do this again, and if moving it to Friday night works better for everyone, then that's what we'll do.
