Take it from a local that has lived in Union City/Fremont for the last 10+ years.... Difference between both city in regards to LEO's is night & day. You dont even have to roll tire in Fremont to come to this event. I have yet to see Union City roll into one of Jr's events to harass participants. I have actually seen them come through just to say whats up.
