That was no excuse. It was her job to check the damn dish before she brought it out to me. They were lucky I was in a good mood. The carne asada was pretty damn good once it fiinally came.

 

Yea, there were so many people inside that the chefs were extremely overwhelmed.. by all 4 of the customers that were inside!

 

We need to do a Palace BBQ South Bay Mini Meet. Parking is hit or miss in front but there is a side lot that has some room.

I've never been to Palace but my friend was just telling me about this place. Hopefully I'm available the day you guys decide to go there.
