there plenty of parking but we can only have 25 cars or we will be a special event and will end up having to pay around 300 to do this event.

Yep what he said. We need to keep the event/reserved parking to 25 cars only. So please, be curtious to others and if you are not designated as being on the list (no number next to your name on the list) please park outside of the coned area.

As Kris said, we don't want to have to pay an additional fee/permit to accomodate all the cars.

 

^^^whoever is parking outside the coned area shouldn't really have a problem parking near the coned area. You can just get a spot in the next "lot" which is like what, 15 feet away?
