From Oakland everything is fine until St Stephens.

Take the St Stephens exit. At the top of the exit, turn left and cross back over the freeway. Make a right at the stop sign onto El Nido Ranch Rd. Follow that along the freeway. Don't get back on 24 at Acalanes, continue on El Nido. It will cross back under 24 and end at Mt Diablo Blvd. Turn Left onto Mt Diablo and continue through Lafayette on Mt Diablo until Pleasant Hill Rd.
Obey all speed signs and NO revving through Lafayette.

Get back on 24 to WC. You will need to merge left 2-3 lanes to be on the correct side of the split. Look for the Ygnacio Exit.
