Wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
Im BigPhil.. founder of AsianScene.com, theHookUPclub.com, and soon to debut new site kaSHOWku.com.
Ive been in the scene since the mid 90s, modding various cars including MBZs in the euro scene, Lexus cars, and Scions. I used to belong to the old N. Cal Kosoku crew and Team Hokori.
Currently have a full show Scion xB with a **** load of CF and the wife has a Jag X-Type.
Recently picked up a 03 DG 5AT with 15k miles, did some basic stuff like 19" Stern mesh and lowered on Teins, although my wife already curbed the hell out of them lol. Have a CF grill and mirror covers on the way as well as some Ings eyelids and tail covers.
Before I start doing major modes, wanted to check out your cars and get some ideas. Do you guys do weekly meets like at Starbucks etc? When and where is the next one?
Plan on doing either SC or Turbo as well as full color change.. there are just way too many DGs on the road.

We have local meets all over the Bay Area. The closest one to you will probably be the San Francisco Mini Meets. We usually meet up somewhere on the penninsula. You might want to check it out. We randomly set them up but usually once every week or two.
Im not going to fix them. The whole set including tires was only about $1200 haha, no point. I would probably just keep them for everyday driving wheels. I just got a deal for some 19" Gram Light 57Pros in gold, dont know how thats going to look on a DG tho but the price is really good.
