Sac Infiniti & Brakes

I have been having a rather aggravating experience with Sac Infiniti this week. It has been frustrating at a minimum and they have had my car for the last 4 days.

Has anyone else had a horrible squeak from their brakes and taken it to the dealer and have them tell you it is normal for it to make that noise? I took the wheel off and confirmed it was not the pads but did see that something was rubbing on the top edge of the rotor. Like the caliper was rubbing on the top. This was for sure not where the pads were. They have been telling me that since they cannot get it to squeak they cannot do anything about it. But they do acknowledge the visible signs on the top of the rotor.

Is this just plain stupid or what? Dan in the service department there has sounded like he is trying, but just has not corrected the issue. Today will tell I suppose when I am supposedly getting my car back.

My main question, has anyone else been told this or experienced this same issue? My next thought is to take it to a different dealer.

I haven't experienced this problem, but it does sound pretty frustrating. I would try bringing it to Elk Grove Infiniti. They have done pretty well with TSBs and minor service for me, and I have not had any issues.
