I agree with G-girl unless you know the exact purse and wallet that your girl wants, don't even try and pick it out. My wife collects purses and I have only bought her one, because she showed me when one she wanted.

gift certificate is the way to go. Or you can take her to dinner at Santana Row then while you are walking around stop at the Gucci store and have her pick out the purse she wants. That would surprise her.

I usually get my self at the actual store or the duty free (i travel alot)... the only other way you can get the real deal at a cheaper price is if you get it at duty free...

I guess my wife won't sale any of her purses, but I know that high end purses are alot like Jordans they are sought after sometimes. Being that most purse companies make limited editions those tend to be the ones that woman want so the resale I would assume would be high.

You should take your girl out and just walk around and get a feel for what she likes...Then work on the discount and pricing after.

I don't think there's a Gucci store at Gilroy Premium Outlet!!
Yeah I guess your right..... there's only 2 GUCCI outlets in the Entire country. NY And Here in SO CAL Cabazon premium outllets. I was there just last week and saw the GUCCI so I assumed there was one everywhere.. been to Gilroy twice and never went to look for gucci. Try calling Cabezon gucci and see if they'll ship stuff to you. 951-849-6641

I'd be really weary of websites (other than department stores or the actual Gucci site) that sell purses for a discounted price. The reason why they are able to sell them cheaper is because most of those are fake. I'm not sure how important that is to you, but I wouldn't risk it. Maybe you should get her just the purse now and save the wallet for another occassion.
