The only thing I don't like about the S2000 is that it has that "civic" look and the design seems to fit teenagers especially when its all fixed-up (riced-up or tastefully modded). I think this is the reason why I chose the NSX first, its more "matured", you know what I mean? But that's just my opinion and I will get one eventually even if I'm 50 years old or something.

I just traded in my S2000 for a G35x. So, I thought I'd throw my 2 cents in.
The S2000 is a GREAT car. The upside is it's REALLY fun to drive. Way more fun to drive than a G35 because it is a light weight car with an excellent suspension setup, weight distribution, and good power to weight ratio. Plus, there's nothing better than driving a convertible with the top down on a warm sunny day. The down side is the cabin is a little on the small side. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh over 200 lbs and I was perfectly comfy in it though. The other down side is it's a real simple car. No luxuries like nav, a good stereo, heated seats, etc. Also, the car is AWFUL in cold climates. Even with snows on the car is not that great in cold weather.
The G35 of course is a heavier, more powerful car with lots of luxury features and plenty of interior room. However, the trade off is that it's not as fun to drive and it's not a convertible.
For me, I decided my S2000 had to go because I needed a four season car. Plus, I got sick of not having any comfort features in my car.
